At Studio 16, we believe great musicians know other great musicians.
With our Talent Ambassador Program, trusted members of our community can recommend fellow professionals for cruise ship opportunities — and receive a reward when those artists succeed.
If the artist you refer embarks through us, you’ll receive $250 USD as a thank-you bonus.
There’s no limit. You can refer as many artists as you like.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1
Fill the referral form:
The form is public, but only emails from registered Talent Ambassadors will be accepted.
Step 2
We review each profile:
Our casting team will evaluate the material carefully.
Step 3
They embark, you earn:
Once the artist you referred boards a cruise, we’ll contact you and arrange the payment.

01. Who can become a Talent Ambassador?
Any artist or collaborator already working with us, or who we trust and validate manually. Contact us if you’re unsure.
02. Do I need to promote Studio 16 publicly?
Not at all. Just refer artists you truly believe in — people you know are ready for this experience.
03. Can I refer musicians from any country?
Yes! We work with artists from all over the world.
04. When and how do I get paid?
Once your referred artist boards a cruise ship through us, we’ll notify you and send the $250 USD via bank transfer.
05. Is there anything musicians must absolutely meet to be eligible?
Yes. All musicians you refer must meet the following basic requirements:
- They must speak English fluently. If it’s a band, all members must be able to communicate in English.
- They must be available for contracts of 4 to 7 months.
- Their profile should match the positions listed on our website.
